ACTO opens the selection process for hiring consultancy to diagnostic, determinate investments and implementation that will allow the articulation and strengthening of the National Information System of Biodiversity to other information systems at a national with the Amazon Regional Observatory of ACTO.
Delivery period: until 4th November 2020; until 6:00 p.m. (Brasília time).
Funding Source: The resources will be provided by the Regional Project for the management, monitoring and control of wildlife species threatened by trade (Bioamazon Project) – Financial Cooperation between Germany and ACTO through the German Development Bank – KfW, on behalf of the German Ministry of Economic Development and Cooperation (BMZ), under Component 1: National and regional information and knowledge management systems.

The value of the financial proposal must be presented in US$ (US dollars), including taxes and social charges. The value may not exceed US$ 20,000.00 (Twenty thousand US dollars).
The validity period of the proposal must be 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt.
Your offer will be evaluated and, if approved, the contracting of the services will be carried out completely and exclusively to a single consulting company, with resources from the aforementioned project and cannot be referred to other companies or individuals.
Payment will be made in US$ (US dollars), by bank transfer, by prior issuance of an invoice, for the account indicated by the consulting company. The payment method will be established in the Contract in the payment clause and will be made according to delivery and approval of the products.
